Albano & AlbaNova Campus

At Albano Campus, construction continues quickly. This campus is engaged to become an attractive Education and research environment that will connect SU & Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and the city. In the fall of 2020, the first departments started moving.

SU & KTH both manage Research and education in Physics, Astronomy, and Biotechnology at the AlbaNova campus. The major reason for splitting up the facilities is that the universities would be able to learn and work cooperatively with each other.

Frescati Campus

It is the main campus of SU and is characterized by Beautiful Nature, Unique Architecture, and Modern Art. The area extends from Frescativagen 54 in the North to Sodra Huset in the South and from West to East from the university subway station to The Frescoed Hill Houses.

Walking to Frescati takes around 20 minutes from the city center of Stockholm. Also, you can take the Subway Red Line to the university station, the Roslag Track Commuter Train, and several buses.

Garrison Campus

The Unit for Journalism, Media, and Communication Studies which is also known as JMK is placed in the Garnisonen. It houses facilitates for Teaching, Editing, Computing, and making Radio & TV along with the JMK library and is part of the Department of Media Studies.

Kista  Campus

This campus is in the heart of a world-leading IT cluster. It is in Kista and numerous kilometers North of Central Stockholm. This campus houses the largest department at SU Computer & Systems Sciences.

Lilla Frescati

The area openly west of the university station on the other side of Roslag Track is Lilla Frescati. Department of Archaeology & Classical Studies, the Centre for Cultural Evolution, and the Osteological Unit are here.
